Lofts on Broadway
Lofts on Broadway occupies the six-story Hotel Arthur, built in 1905 and designed by architect Eugene Malmer in the Second Renaissance Revival style. It became Aurora's first skyscraper and was regarded as one of the finest hotels in northern Illinois.
In 1915, it served as the Aurora, Elgin and Chicago Railroad's headquarters, named The Terminal Building.
It was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places on March 15, 2005, under the name Hotel Arthur.
